Thinking

with you

Workshops teach you the method. Sprints help you apply it to your actual work. Over a series of coaching sessions, we work together to apply Frameshift Design to your specific challenges—from initial immersion to final execution.

Your Project, Radical Shift

A sprint is not a training—it's a collaboration. You bring a project, a problem, or a goal. We bring the framework and the guidance. Together, we discover friction, define intentions, and explore radical alternatives that you can actually build.

This format is ideal for teams who have the technical skills to execute but need direction, coherence, and a breakthrough in thinking.

Coaching Packages

Sprints are structured as sets of half-day sessions (4 hours) to be used flexibly within 6 months. This allows for rhythm: we meet, you execute and explore, we meet again to refine.

Small Sprint

4 Half Days

Ideal for a single specific challenge or refining an existing concept. We dive straight into friction analysis and alternative exploration.

  • Immersion & Diagnosis
  • Concept Generation
  • Coherence Check

Large Sprint

12 Half Days

For complex, multi-stakeholder projects or transforming a product suite. We work alongside your team as an integrated strategic partner.

  • Systemic Analysis
  • Multiple Project Streams
  • Team Capability Building
  • Long-term Strategy

Custom Sprints

Need something different? For large organizations or long-term transformations, we can design a custom engagement structure that fits your roadmap.

Success Story

"The sprint format was exactly what we needed. We didn't need someone to do the work for us; we needed someone to push our thinking. The sessions were intense, productive, and completely changed the direction of our product for the better."

— Director of Product, FinTech Scale-up

Is this for you?

Perfect if:

  • You have a concrete challenge or deadline
  • You have a team capable of execution
  • You are open to radical changes in direction
  • Your tools allow for customization (not locked into rigid templates)

Less suitable if:

  • You strictly need to stay within rigid corporate templates
  • You have no internal resources to build/execute
  • You are looking for "polish" rather than "rethinking"
  • You are working in tools with zero flexibility (e.g. standard PowerBI)
